Here is my character design mood-board for my short animation called Enchanted. Tim Burton is my favourite director and I adore his artwork. I love the dark Gothic fairytale style. When I was researching what style I was going for, my first thought was Tim Burton, vampires and Victorian. I adore the Victorian fashion with the tight corsets and dramatic skirts. I'm addicted to the vampire diaries at the moment so that's why vampire fashion came to mind. For the characters appearance, I'm thinking big eye, pale skin with dark flowing hair. In the color palette I want there to be a contrast between dark and light which would link to the theme, good vs evil. We shall see how our characters shall look soon enough. Until next time!
